Signing of Senate Bill 54 Concerning the Brown v. Board of Education



The Johnson County NAACP membership salutes Charles Jean-Baptiste for his extraordinary vision to successfully achieve a life time commemoration mural. The mural represents the 1955 Supreme Court case "Brown v. Board of Education. It will be placed in the Kansas State Capitol. His leadership is exemplary of national recognition.
